Shipping & Tracking

We will ship all items out within 24 hours of purchase if you paid via Shopify payments Which is like Paypal but Much Better with more protection. Shopify payments offers every way to pay and even offers "Split Pay" should you want to pay for your purchases over time. Your items are guaranteed to arrive on time and in perfect condition.

**International customers Only**

International customers must pay via "Shopify Payments" or your items will not ship till we get full approval from the bank and verify all credentials which can take a week to 10 days to verify depending on the bank. With shopify payments, your items will ship within 24 hours and your items are protected and guaranteed to arrive on time and insured to arrive in perfect condition. We do not control customs nor do we pay custom fees or duty taxes, that is 100% your responsibility since you live there.

Otherwise, your items will ship out within 48-72 hours when your payment clears. We will ship all items with tracking and insurance at no additional cost to you.

We provide the insurance to protect you and your purchase should anything happen to your package while in transit such as damage, loss or your package doesn't arrive or goes missing.

Should anything happen to your package, you will need to file a claim with The USPS.GOV/CLAIMS and follow the instructions from there. We are not responsible for replacing any packages due to loss or damage while in transit or if your package is stolen - We purchased the insurance to cover incidentals. The USPS has a new Geo tracking system in place where they take photos and video should they have to leave your package outside on your porch, inside your screen door or with management at an Apt. complex due to you not being home. The USPS can now tell if the package has been damaged while in transit, has been stolen or has been lost While in transit.

Once the USPS Investigation is complete, you will be reimbursed up to $100 or more depending on what was purchased and how much the value of the items shipped.

All Fine Jewelry purchases are insured upto $1100 or more depending on purchase and you will need to sign for the package in order to receive the package unless you make other arrangements with The USPS.

Tracking information will be uploaded and attached to your account within 24-72 hours after your package is shipped.

All International customers - These rules apply to you also but with longer transit times.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the new Covid-19 laws that is now in place and has been in place since 2021, We are unable to accept Returns or Exchanges of any kind per the FDA on any type of cosmetics, Which includes the following and may not be just limited to the following: Beauty, Spa, Skincare, Beauty Boxes, Customized Gifts, Jewelry, Designer Fragrances, Gifts, Limited Edition Goods, Vintage Items, Gift Cards, Monthly boxes, Home decor & Apparel

The FDA Restricts Returns or Exchanges on personal cosmetics due to the more obvious reasons, which is Safety and Sanitary concerns.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the gift was damaged during transit at the fault of the usps. You will need to file an insurance claim to be reimbursed the insurance amount and repurchase the gift which will be resent to the address of choice. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you if you repurchase and decide to have the gift sent at a different time.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver that has been issued the insurance funds for repurchase or the person on the account.

Clearance Items: No Returns Or Exchanges 

If Your Product Arrives Damaged We will need 3-4 Photos of all angles of the product shown in the Photo Next To the Label That's attached to your package and we will file a claim with the USPS. All Packages are Insured Up To $50 - $100 Depending on the package contents & delivery location. Once the investigation is finalized by The USPS And get the Final Outcome of the investigation and its found that The USPS Is at Fault, We will replace all products damaged. If it is found that The Usps Is Not At Fault We will not replace your products and there is nothing more that can be done.

We always take photos of the products prior to shipping as proof that all products are Shipped to you in brand New condition as the manufacture sent it to us to sell & due to the overwhelming response by e-commerce Online scammers, For Protection prior to shipping your products we will take 2-4 photos of the product inside The Packaging and out of the packaging for our protection. 

If it is found that THE USPS Did Not Damage Your Products & You Claim the Product Still Arrived Damaged & You Show Us Photos Of The Product Damaged & Not In Brand New, Undamaged Condition As We Sent The Product To You & Your Photos Do Not Match The Product Photos We Have On File -  We Will Not Under No Circumstances Will We Replace Or Exchange Your Product or Issue Any Refund - NO EXCEPTIONS.
