To be eligible for a Return It must be granted by the Owner. All products Sold on Facetreasures & Their Subsidies do Not Accept Returns or exchanges of any kind - NO EXCEPTIONS. If we do allow a return under special circumstances, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, The return costs will be the customers responsibility.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to health reasons & The Law. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the gift was damaged during transit at the fault of the usps. You will need to file an insurance claim to be reimbursed the insurance amount and repurchase the gift which will be resent to the address of choice. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you if you repurchase and decide to have the gift sent at a different time.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver that has been issued the insurance funds for repurchase or the person on the account.

Should you purchase a single non-subscription product such as a Makeup, Skincare, Spa or Sheet Mask or any product we have listed for Sale monthly or Non-monthly can not be Returned due to Health Reason - IT'S THE LAW..

If an item does not work or failed to work in your possession, it's your responsibility to pay any return shipping if you were granted the option to return an item to exchange for another item - The Return Shipping Cost will be at the Customer Expense Only.

Gift & Single Purchases Non-Subscription Products - The Customer will be responsible for all Return Shipping & The Restocking fee of 10% if the refund was granted under special circumstances by the Owner. There may be an additional shipping cost and inspection fee if the manufacturer requires the product to be shipped back to them for inspection. This fee will be in addition to the Return shipping fee to ship to us or any other fees incurred.

Monthly Boxes: Absolutely No Returns or Exchanges. 

The products offered on this site are for convenience for our Members as we offer our products below retail cost. All products sold are 100% Authentic, Brand New and Purchased from the Manufacturer directly, Product Owner or Licensed Wholesaler Directly. Products Marked "Not For Resale" Are Not allowed to be Resold under any condition at anytime by the customer who receives these products. These products are marked "Not For Resale" as they were strictly intended to be Sold By Facetreasures & Their Subsidiaries Only. 

Clearance Items: No Returns Or Exchanges 

If Your Product Arrives Damaged We will need 3-4 Photos of all angles of the product shown in the Photo Next To the Label That's attached to your package and we will file a claim with the USPS. All Packages are Insured Up To $50 - $100 Depending on the package contents & delivery location. Once the investigation is finalized by The USPS And get the Final Outcome of the investigation and its found that The USPS Is at Fault, We will replace all products damaged. If it is found that The Usps Is Not At Fault We will not replace your products and there is nothing more that can be done.

We always take photos of the products prior to shipping as proof that all products are Shipped to you in brand New condition as the manufacture sent it to us to sell & due to the overwhelming response by e-commerce Online scammers, For Protection prior to shipping your products we will take 2-4 photos of the product inside The Packaging and out of the packaging for our protection. 

If it is found that THE USPS Did Not Damage Your Products & You Claim the Product Still Arrived Damaged & You Show Us Photos Of The Product Damaged & Not In Brand New, Undamaged Condition As We Sent The Product To You & Your Photos Do Not Match The Product Photos We Have On File -  We Will Not Under No Circumstances Will We Replace Or Exchange Your Product or Issue Any Refund - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will Try To ship all orders that come in before 4pm Eastern time If payment has cleared the same day, Otherwise your items will ship within 24 hours this Excludes Weekends & Holidays. However, We do try to ship on Saturdays if we have large amount of orders and employees.

*Please note: If your order is over $50 or if your order has been flagged by the bank to be verified by the merchant which does occur a lot more now due to 90% of businesses moving online, the bank will sometimes require that the merchant verify the billing zip code and or address with the 3 digit CVV number - Be prepared to disclose this information if asked or your product will be delayed or your order may be cancelled entirely. This information may or may not be required and is required if asked to prevent E-commerce scams and for your protection and the protection of ours business.

You will be contacted via the email you set-up on the account, Please make sure all your information is correct when signing up and purchasing from us to prevent any mistakes and to make the process as smooth and fast as possible.

You will be notified of Your shipment via The USPS or Stamps.com. We will also send you an email with tracking notification. Sometimes tracking can take up to 3-5 days to reflect to your account depending on how fast The USPS Moves, we have had customers receive their packages prior to getting their tracking information.

Monthly boxes - All Monthly boxes will ship on the 18th of every month with your first box shipping within 24 hours or the Same day you Ordered as stated above but with no guarantees Should There Be Any Of The Following Issues  such as Postal delays, The Weather, Government Shutdowns, Holidays & Weekends.

If You Prepaid For One Of Our "Gift It & Forget It" Non-Subscription monthly Plans Such As Our 3/6/9/12 Month box plan In Advance, Than you are considered a "Monthly Prepaid Gift Member"  Which Means your boxes will ship early Each Month On Your Schedule Or On The 1st of Every Month With All Other Prepaid Gift Members. You Can Have Your Boxes Shipped Every Week, 2 Weeks, Monthly Or Every Other Month By Reaching Out To Use Via E-mail Or Our Live 24-hour Chat On Our Home Page & We Will Adjust Your Account Accordingly. 

If You Are Gifting Your Box For The Holiday Or Special Occasion As A Special Gift & Would Like Your Boxes To Arrive By A Certain Date, You May Reach Us Via E-mail Or Live Chat and We Will Accommodate Only If There Is Enough Time To Make The Requested Delivery Date - We Will Not Guarantee Any Delivery Due To Several Circumstances That May Be Out Of Our Control.

The Tracking History will show Exactly When The Shipping Carrier Took Possession Of Your Goods Which Will Then Release Us Of Any Further Liability Or Responsibility Regarding Your Package Starting On That Date & Time Shown. Should You Receive A Damaged Product/Box, You Must Take Photos & Contact Us immediately. You may file a claim  the same way you would for lost packages by doing so by going to the USPS.Com/claims they will reimburse you for damages that was caused by their carriers during transit to the prospective location. We are not responsible to replace your package weather lost, stolen or Damaged due to the insurance coverage we pay extra for. All packages are covered with insurance should any of thee above happen.

If the USPS Finds that your box has been delivered or not damaged as you stated, The Usps will refuse to pay out on the insurance claim and will file for Criminal Charges to be placed against you for fraud.

If your package is shown "in transit" after 10 days and you live in the USA, Let Us know & We will reach out to The USPS To find out if there are any current delays that may cause this delivery to be delayed in any way & we will ask for an estimated time of delivery if one is available. If The USPS Cannot Locate Your Package and its marked "Label Created" or still "In Transit" after 10 days & you live in the USA, we will Re-issue/Replace your products not Received/Delivered.

We purchase insurance on all packages in case if incidentals such as Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages. You have a time limit to file the insurance claim to be compensated - DO NOT WAIT!
